Prices and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges and applicable taxes (eg. GST) will be included in the shopping cart transaction. We accept payment by Paypal, Mastercard or Visa. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfill your order and checked relevant details. We will charge your credit card prior to dispatching your order. As per Just Wheelie Bins standard terms and conditions for resellers and agents, title of goods sold does not tranfer to the purchaser until payment is received in full, whether the purchase order was received by phone, facsimile or placed via this website.

All images and photos contained within this website are representations of the product being sold. All images have been digitally altered, and some have had color filters applied. Manufacurer product styling and colour may vary slightly from one batch to another. In addition, customer computer systems may vary the presentation of colours on screen and in print.
Delivery
All items will be delivered as per the details given upon ordering. We endeavour to deliver within seven days of the order being confrimed. There are times, when due to a fluctuation in supply it will take longer. If a delay is expected, we will endeavour to contact you directly and discuss alternatives.
Shipping Fees
Our website provides the customer with a choice of shipping solutions. JustWheelieBins reserves the right to modify the shipping method on the customers behalf if the customer has chosen a shipping option that is not appropriate for the shipping address. JustWheelieBins will contact the customer before modifying the shipping method and cost.

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the “Add to Basket” button shown on each product page. You place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button “Order Now”, we will then send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and stating the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product. This offer is confirmed by email when your order is accepted. We then dispatch the product to you.
After Sales Services and Guarantees
We guarantee to provide the best possible service and quality. Each item that is on sale has the information attached. Please ensure that you review this information before proceeding to the confirmation section at the shopping cart. Items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please lodge your claim with 7 days of receiving your order.
Wheelie Bins and Water
Bins purchased for storing or holding water are covered by warranty, however whilst bins are great for the job they are not designed for that purpose and will under some circumstances fail.Warranty is Limited to repair of leaking bins subject to our normal terms. To minimize the risk we suggest that bins be located on a soft surface such as grass or sand. The weight of water up to 240 Kgs presses the base of the bins and will in a few conditions cause a minor fracture on the base or side of some bins.
Return for repair or replacement faulty goods
Buyer is to return the goods to the warehouse at their cost. We will then determine whether to replace or repair the item to serviceable condition. The buyer is to pay the cost of return of goods.

Refund Policy
To claim a refund on any of the items purchased, please contact JustWheelieBins. Management will review your sale and a refund or replacement may be given at their discretion. Shipping both ways is the customers responsibility in all cases.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order and we have ordered stock in for the order there will be a 30% restocking fee.
If we have not had to order stock in for your order restocking fee is 20%
